This is the second of three online Order seminars on consecutive days that we are offering on a dana basis. You are welcome to come on any or all of them. The team for all seminars will include the ordination team and public preceptors who have many years of practice helping women join the Order.
Each seminar will run from 10.30 until 1pm.
In the second of our one-day online seminars for Dharmacharinis supporting those in the ordination process, we will explore the area of how to assess effective Going for Refuge to the Three Jewels. As someone gets close to being ready to join the Order, all the Order members who know them will be engaged in the work of reaching consensus as to when that might happen. We will look at what this process means for us individually and collectively, and it will also be a chance to look at the framework of 'The 8 Guidelines' recently published by the College within which the path to ordination can be seen.
There will be a short presentation, time to share our experiences, and smaller discussion groups. Please make sure you are familiar with the 8 Guidelines in preparation for the seminar.

We're suggesting an amount of £60 per seminar, but please feel free to donate as much as you or your Centre feels able to. If you're booking on more than one day, then you can just make a single payment for all of them when making the first booking, but please do book online in advance for all those you wish to attend.
