In order to allow everyone a chance of getting on at least one longer retreat, we ask that initially you don't book on more than one long retreat a year. In January we’ll open up the bookings for you to book on a second retreat if you want to. In addition if you book on a third retreat we reserve the right to cancel the third booking.

FROM MARCH 2019 OUR ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE HAS CHANGED TO ALLOW YOU TO RESERVE A PLACE BY PAYING A DEPOSIT. THE BALANCE WILL BE DUE 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE START DATE OF THE RETREAT - IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID THE BALANCE A MONTH BEFORE THE RETREAT STARTS, WE MAY OFFER YOUR PLACE TO SOMEONE ON THE WAITING LIST.
WHEN BOOKING ONLINE PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT RATE. IF YOU INITIALLY PAY ONLY THE DEPOSIT, YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT THE APPROPRIATE BALANCE RATE FROM THE DROP DOWN LIST WHEN PAYING THE REMAINDER. YOU CAN STILL PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE RETREAT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING BY SELECTING THE APPROPRIATE 'FULL' RATE.
If you're not able to book online, please send a cheque or make a bank transfer for the appropriate amount. Again, if you book with only deposit, the balance will be due six weeks before the retreat starts. Cheques should be made out to TRIRATNA SARANA. For bank transfers, our details are Co-Operative Bank, sort code 08-92-99 account number 65072756. For overseas transfers BIC is CPBKGB22 and IBAN GB70CPBK08929965072756. Please use your surname and retreat code as reference if paying by bank transfer. Please let us know when you have sent a payment by bank transfer so that we can confirm your booking. We can't confirm your place until we have received this.
We regret we cannot take credit card payments. Full details of each retreat will be sent out 6-8 weeks before the start date.

Many of our retreats book up quickly, but late cancellations can lead to places being left unfilled, since women on the waiting list often make other arrangements. This means women lose the opportunity to come on retreat here and Tiratanaloka loses income. To avoid the need for cancellation please be very sure about your dates before booking.
If you need to cancel a retreat please let us know as soon as possible. A deposit of £70 (long retreats) or £50 (weekends) will be deducted from your refund in all circumstances.
If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the retreat and we cannot replace you, you will be required to pay half the total of the retreat cost.
If you cancel less than a week before the retreat and we cannot replace you, you will incur the loss of the full cost of the retreat, unless this cancellation is due to ill health, bereavement or other exceptional circumstances.
We have a bursary fund for women in special circumstances who would otherwise not be able to afford to come on retreat with us at all during the year. This is a limited fund and cannot be used to fund a second retreat during the year, so if you need some help from the fund with payment please contact the office.
