“Ethics is really to do with feeling solidarity with all life, a direct recognition of the same life in the beings around one that one knows in oneself. This is essentially an imaginative act.” Subhuti, ‘Imagining the Buddha’
On this online retreat, we will have an opportunity to look at the body, speech and mind precepts in more depth, and in their unity as an act of imagination. Living a life of harmony and openness requires an ability to confess when we are unskilful and rejoice when we are skilful, and this retreat will help us to do both more fully. (There are two longer in-person Ethics retreats this year on the same theme; we would recommend you attend one of those if you are able.)
The deposit for our retreats is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
